At Manuka Global, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn and unwashed items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in our portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
